BHM Construction is seeking a qualified and motivated Public Works Construction Superintendent to manage and coordinate school and seismic retrofit construction projects in the Bay Area. The role requires maintaining positive relations with owners, agents, subcontractors and architects to keep projects on track.
Minimum five years' experience in California public works school/seismic retrofit projects, affiliation with the Carpenters Union, and supervision of carpentry and labor crews.
