ScheduleResponsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Triage patient needs and relay relevant information to the care team
- Address client questions, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate client and patient records and manage billing and payments
- Support front desk organization, including filing, data entry, and keeping the reception area clean
- Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and leadership to ensure smooth patient flow
- Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented, and client‑focused workplace culture
- Prior customer service experience; veterinary, healthcare, or service‑based experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Comfort with computer systems (practice management software a plus)
- Genuine care for animals and a client‑first mindset

The pay range for this role is:
21 - 24 USD per hour (Alley Cat & Dog Pet Hospital)
