As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. You’ll serve as the trusted link between customers and our technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an experience that feels supportive, informed, and efficient.

Responsibilities and Duties Greet customers with a friendly, upbeat attitude
Complete all service documentation accurately
Present, explain, and sell recommended maintenance and repair work Follow up on declined services to support safety & retention
Manage service lane activity efficiently and professionally
Maintain ongoing communication with extended warranty providers
Qualifications and Skills Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus!
Professional appearance and strong customer presence
Excellent communication skills — written & verbal
Ability to confidently recommend and sell service
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused
Able to pass a drug test
Able to pass a criminal background screening
Pay Defined:
The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
