Join Our Growing Montessori Community in Napa Valley

At Nature’s Way Montessori, we believe the first years of life are sacred. As our school continues to grow, we are seeking experienced, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Guides to join our Infant Community.

We are currently hiring for two positions:

Ages: 12 weeks – 12 months

Ages: 12 months – 18/22 months

Located in the heart of beautiful Napa, Nature’s Way Montessori is a nature-based Montessori school dedicated to preparing children for life through authentic Montessori education, loving relationships, and thoughtfully prepared environments.

We are looking for Guides who:

• Have Montessori Infant/Toddler training (AMI preferred, AMS or equivalent considered)
• Bring warmth, calmness, and professionalism to their work
• Understand respectful caregiving and child-led development
• Are committed to creating peaceful, beautiful prepared environments
• Value collaboration, communication, and lifelong learning
• Have experience working with infants and toddlers in a Montessori setting

The positions can start as early as June into August.
