Napa High School is offering a.20 fte permanent and a.20 fte temporary position for the school year.
Requirements / QualificationsNapa High School has an English position for the school year. Teachers at Napa Valley Unified School District are expected to teach and follow our developed curriculum as well as incorporate all engagement strategies planned at the school. Teachers are expected to attend planned professional development and implement learned strategies into daily classroom instruction. Candidates should be familiar with technology and willing to incorporate technology as a daily teaching tool.
Candidates must be dedicated to growing professionally and collaborating with peers to establish a student-centered learning environment. The District is committed to the goal of developing a workforce reflective of the community's demographic diversity. Candidates must hold an English Learner Authorization (ELA) or be eligible for an Emergency ELA permit while working on earning an ELA.
