Vendor Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
ERP Operations: Create purchase requisitions, orders, and track procurement workflows in ERP.
Cost Optimisation: Identify opportunities for reducing procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies, maintain accurate records, and support audits.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments for requirement gathering and timely fulfillment.
