Our Engineering Aides work in various divisions within the Public Works and Utilities Department, supporting engineering, construction, development, and infrastructure projects. Ideal candidates for the role of Engineering Aide/Senior Engineering Aide will have shown success in demonstrating the following competencies:

Positions in these classifications are flexibly staffed. This position may be appointed at the Engineering Aide or Senior Engineering Aide level depending upon qualifications and experience.
This recruitment and examination is being conducted to fill two (2) vacancies and may be used to fill future similar vacancies as they occur during the active status of the employment list. The active status of this employment list will be for six (6) months unless abolished sooner or extended beyond that date in accordance with the Civil Service Rules.
