Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the general ledger and complete reconciliations with a strong focus on balance sheet accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries, including entries for activity between related entities.
- Support monthly close activities, financial reporting, and review of variances to plan.
- Reconcile bank accounts and review expense reports using company tools.
- Partner with teams across the business to improve processes, document procedures, and support audits and compliance needs.
- At least 5+ years of accounting experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience working with multiple entities within an enterprise accounting system.
- A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to succeed in a fast paced environment while working across teams.
- Proven ability to manage month end tasks and produce accurate financial statements.
- Skill in variance analysis and clear explanation of results to leaders.
- Proficiency with expense management and bank reconciliation processes.
- Experience with modern ERP systems; familiarity with Net Suite.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach with finance and non finance partners.
