- Own monthly and annual close, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Oversee job costing, WIP, percentage-of-completion, change orders, and project margin reporting
- Partner with FP&A and leadership to deliver timely, accurate financial insights
- Manage key external relationships, including banks, tax advisors, and CPA partners
- Support team leadership and process improvement as the business grows
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 7+ years of senior accounting experience
- Construction industry experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE or a similar construction ERP
- Multi-entity consolidation and JV or equity-method accounting experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills
This is a full-time, exempt, on-site role based in Napa, California, with four days per week in the office and occasional travel to Visalia.
The salary range for this role is $165,000–$195,000, plus a 20% annual scorecard bonus.
