Job Description
This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. It involves accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions and having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial priorities and connect them with suitable solutions.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic.
- Collaboration skills and building relationships.
- Passion, commitment and drive to deliver an improved client experience.

1700 1st St., Napa, CA (CA3102) - Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly, based on experience, education, skill set. Base salary only, not incentive eligible.
