The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $+.

• Follow a comprehensive menu selling process to help maximize the finance department's overall profitability and product penetration
• Work well within a team environment
• Ensure the timely flow of Finance Department documentation
• Ensure efficient and accurate turnaround on deals
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with lenders

• Previous hands-on Finance Manager experience at an automotive dealership required
• Calculate figures and finances
• Experience selling new and used vehicles
• Engage customers early in the sale
• Hands-on Experience in Finance at an Auto Dealership
• Broad range of product knowledge
• Pass a criminal background screening

Pay Scale: $36,500 - $210,000+
Pay Defined: The Finance Manger position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include a Base salary of $3000.00 mo. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
