*** DO NOT PASS THE CLINICAN IF THEY ARE MISSING THE REQUIRED SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE. OK TO SCREEN IF IT IS A STRONG CANDIDATE.
*** General hospital outpatient physical therapy including post-op TKA, THA, RCR, spinal surgeries, ACL, arthroscopies, etc. Nonoperative neck, low back, knee, shoulder, foot/ankle pain. General deconditioning, balance/gait challenges, neurological disorders (CVA, Parkinson's, TBI).Daily hours 9:30-6:00 except Fridays 8:30-5:00

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year Can only submit to 1 location within the region Requires specific amount of exp. (ex: 1 or 2 yrs required for submission) Valid CA License in hand Local radius: 50 Mile Radius Rule Applies Local rule: accepted at lower   Candidates will float within hospital or to an affiliate hospitals near by Copy of Certifications Specific Charting Exp.:
Epic Return Staff Policy: 3 months to return as traveler REFERENCES - Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year (6 months for CNA s) of employment total within the last three years within a comparable specialty/setting that they are booked. This can include Charge RNs / Leads.
***** Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby your contracted facility. Travelers' refusal to float may result in termination of assignment and/or forfeiture of guaranteed hours.
