• Reliable transportation, Driver’s License, Auto Registration and Insurance
• Social Security or Passport
• CPR Certification (Not required but preferred)
• TB/Help B
• CNA/License if application
• California HCA Registration (preferred)

• Assisting with daily activities to support independence at home
• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, hygiene support)
• Helping with mobility, transfers, and range‑of‑motion exercises
• Planning and preparing meals, including feeding assistance if needed
• Managing light housekeeping tasks and errands
  
  Offering companionship and respite care to support families

$18 to $23 per hour, based on the type of care provided. Companion care starts at $18/hour, while more advanced personal care can earn up to $23/hour.
