Shift Pattern: PM shifts (weekends required) • The hourly wage range is: $27 to $29

What will I be doing?As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you would lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead, train and supervise Room Attendants and Housepersons on a floor or designated area to ensure rooms and public areas meet established cleanliness and quality standards
- Assess inventory, assign cleaning, and inspect rooms
- Verify and report status or discrepancies of rooms
- Monitor payroll, work schedules, lost and found, stock rooms and carts, and designated inventories
- Coordinate with Engineering/Property Operations for efficient maintenance and repairs
- Perform Room Attendant and/or Houseperson duties as needed
- Assist in performance evaluations of staff as needed
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
Minimum one year of housekeeping supervisor experience. Bilingual with Spanish and English. Hotel experience is highly preferred.
