We are seeking an experienced Banquet Chef to lead banquet culinary operations at a premier luxury property. This role oversees all event food production, ensuring exceptional quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction while leading and developing a high-performing culinary team.

• Lead banquet menu planning, preparation, and execution with a minimum of $5M in banquet revenue
• Supervise and mentor Sous Chefs, Banquet Cooks, and Stewards
• Partner with Events and Sales teams on menus, tastings, and BEO execution
• Manage food costs, labor scheduling, inventory, and overall P&L performance
• Oversee invoice processing, reconciliation, and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
• Support leadership development initiatives and oversee the employee dining program

• 3–5 years of experience as an Assistant Banquet Chef or Banquet Chef, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort
• Proven leadership in high-volume banquet production
• Strong financial acumen, including food cost control, labor management, and budgeting
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Events and F&B leadership
• Serv Safe Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Salary: $90,000–$100,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
