We are seeking an Overnight Valet Attendant to provide exceptional guest service while safely parking and retrieving vehicles during overnight operations. This role is ideal for customer-focused individuals who enjoy working in a hospitality environment and take pride in creating positive guest experiences.
Responsibilities Guest ServiceGreet guests warmly and professionally during overnight hours.
Assist guests with luggage and transportation needs.
Provide prompt and courteous responses to guest requests and inquiries.
Deliver a welcoming hospitality experience that reflects hotel standards.
Vehicle HandlingSafely park and retrieve guest vehicles.
Conduct vehicle inspections and document existing damage on claim tickets.
Follow all key handling procedures and vehicle safety protocols.
Maintain accurate records related to vehicle movement and guest interactions.
Overnight OperationsMonitor and secure the parking area throughout the night.
Respond quickly to guest needs and operational concerns.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet station.
Support smooth overnight operations by assisting teammates as needed.
Compliance & SafetyFollow all company policies, hotel procedures, and safety guidelines.
Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
Accurately track hours worked and gratuities earned.
Arrive on time and maintain professional appearance standards.
Requirements Must HaveHigh School Diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation.
Acceptable motor vehicle record (no more than three moving violations within the past three years).
Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to stand, walk, and run short distances for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Nice to HavePrevious valet parking experience.
Previous hospitality experience.
Experience working in hotels, resorts, or guest-facing environments.
