The Wonderful Company in Napa, CA seeks an Estate Hospitality Manager to lead a tasting room team, drive luxury service, and deliver world-class guest experiences reflecting our estate's craftsmanship.
You will manage daily operations, oversee inventory and reservations, coach staff, collaborate with Marketing and Events, and represent the estate at select industry events. 3–5 years in luxury hospitality and a hospitality degree are preferred; weekends/evenings required.
