Responsibilities:
* Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out for spa services
* Schedule treatments and maintain accurate appointment records
* Process payments including room charges, credit cards, and cash
* Recommend treatments and products based on guest needs
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
* Support spa team operations and guest service standards
* Assist with spa setup, linen restocking, and facility upkeep when needed
