The Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa Valley seeks a skilled Banquet Chef to lead a high-volume culinary operation and a team of about 40 professionals. You will oversee culinary execution, production planning, and collaboration with Events, Banquets, Stewarding, Purchasing, and F&B leadership.
You will report to the Executive Chef and drive quality, consistency, and timely service across all banquet events, including weddings, conferences, and large celebrations.
