the Front Office Supervisor leads the Front Office team and the agents responsible for the guest registration process, hotel services, and promotions. This highly visible role provides frequent opportunities for meaningful conversation with guests and has a direct impact on creating a memorable guest experience.
The supervisor supports smooth arrivals and departures, coaches colleagues, responds to guest inquiries, processes forms of payment, and helps resolve guest concerns. The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional who is confident, organized, service-focused, and committed to delivering warm, efficient, and personalized service in Andaz Napa’s creative and supportive work environment.

- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate Front Office colleagues.
- Professional, approachable, and comfortable engaging with guests.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns calmly and effectively.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
