Looking for a Certified SPM resource for contracting position. Position:
Lead Level BPC or TC. Multiple Roles.
FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is looking for a Service Now SPM Certified Architect.
Responsibilities- Design and implement Service Now SPM solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders on Service Now functionalities.
- Analyze and enhance existing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for Service Now.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
- Support troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to Service Now SPM.
- Stay updated on Service Now releases and new features to leverage for client benefit.
- Service Now SPM certification is required.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Service Now implementations and architecture.
- Strong understanding of Service Now modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
