Communi Care+OLE is hiring an IT Helpdesk Technician to provide onsite and remote support for computer and phone systems across multiple sites. You will respond to user requests, deploy new equipment, and support training sessions under the IT Director.
The role requires a minimum 2 years in Level 1 desktop support in a Microsoft environment, with Epic/EHR experience preferred. This is a full-time, on-site position in West Sacramento, CA with comprehensive benefits.
