About the Job:

We are seeking an attorney with 1–5 years of experience in general civil litigation, preferably with a background in business, environmental, and real property litigation. Experience with land use, trust, and estate litigation is a plus but not required. The firm provides full-service legal representation and advises businesses throughout their lifecycle from formation to transition in areas such as business transactions, intellectual property, labor and employment, land use, litigation, real property, alcohol beverage regulations and compliance, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle general civil litigation matters, including business, environmental, and real property disputes.
  • Interpret and analyze legal documents such as pleadings, client communications, and other legal materials.
  • Manage high-volume workloads while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across different practice areas in a team-oriented environment.
  • Provide strong written and verbal communication with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications and

Required Skills:
  • JD from a top-tier ABA-approved law school;
    California licensure preferred.
  • 1–5 years of litigation experience, preferably practicing in California.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with iManage is a plus.
