Lead Driver
The Lead Driver provides safe, timely, and courteous transportation for program participants to and from the Center, medical appointments, and other approved destinations. In addition to performing all core Driver duties, the Lead Driver supports daily transportation operations by coordinating schedules and route adjustments, completing required documentation, assisting with vehicle readiness and compliance, and serving as a point of contact for drivers during assigned shifts.
The Lead Driver helps set the tone for a respectful, calm, and service-focused experience for every participant trip and communicates observations relevant to participant care and safety to the interdisciplinary team.

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training:
First Aid training within 30 days of hire. - Coursework/Training:
Successful completion of defensive driving and passenger assistance training courses within 60 days of hire. - Driving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. - Upon hire:
California Class B driver's license per California Highway Patrol regulations and proof of insurance per company policy may be required upon hire. - 4 years experience providing passenger transportation and/or supporting transportation operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience transporting passengers requiring assistance.
- Comfort with basic computer applications for documentation and communication.
