Napa Valley Care Center is seeking an experienced and dynamic
** Director of Nursing (DON)
** to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional care within our skilled nursing facility.

* Competitive salary: **$175,000–$225,000 annually

* Commitment to quality outcomes and regulatory excellence## Director of Nursing Responsibilities
* Oversee all nursing operations within the skilled nursing facility
* Ensure compliance with
** CDPH, CMS, and federal/state regulations
*** Lead and mentor RNs, LVNs, and CNAs
* Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
* Monitor staffing, budgeting, and labor management
* Oversee infection control, risk management, and clinical systems
* Partner with the Administrator to maintain operational success
* Ensure high standards of documentation, survey readiness, and resident care outcomes## Qualifications
* Active California RN license (required)
* Minimum 3–5 years of nursing leadership experience in
** skilled nursing or long-term care
*** Prior experience as a Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing preferred
* Strong knowledge of
** Title 22 regulations, CMS guidelines, and survey process
*** Proven ability to lead teams, improve systems, and drive accountability
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
