Location: Nor Cal
Salary: $125,000–$160,000 Base (DOE) +
20% bonus + full benefits
About the Opportunity
we’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can start right away.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term work in the water/wastewater public works sector and is looking to grow.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of project management experience
- Background in water/wastewater construction (public works required)
- Experience managing similar civil/mechanical scopes
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Ability to start quickly and work on-site in Northern California
- Bonus: PM-level bonus program (target 20% of base salary)
