As a Lead Baker / Waffle Product Production Specialist
, you will oversee daily waffle production while ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency across all batches.

You will help maintain Belgian Yum’s authentic product standards while supporting increasing production demand.

• Operate commercial waffle equipment Manage waffle machines and monitor baking consistency throughout production.
• Maintain product quality Ensure waffles meet texture, appearance, and weight standards.
• Support production efficiency Minimize downtime and maintain smooth workflow during production runs.
• Train kitchen staff Assist in teaching production procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor ingredients and batching Ensure recipes and measurements remain consistent across production.

• Early morning shifts may be required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Commercial baking or food production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
