Cal Portland is looking for a Utility Specialist Loader Operator in Napa, California. You'll be responsible for maintaining the ready-mix plant, performing operations using loaders, forklifts, and other equipment, while ensuring safe and proper practices. This position requires physical capabilities to handle manual labor and compliance with safety regulations.
The compensation starts at $25/hour during probation, and increases to $35-$39/hour after. A high school diploma is required along with the ability to work well under pressure and in various weather conditions.
