Your Role at Belgian Yum
As a Production Prep & Ingredient Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting daily production operations by preparing ingredients, organizing prep stations, and ensuring production teams have everything needed for efficient workflow execution.
This position is essential to maintaining consistency, speed, and operational readiness across Belgian Yum’s commercial kitchen environment.

• Prepare production ingredients Measure, organize, and stage ingredients for daily production runs
• Coordinate prep station operations Maintain organized, efficient, and production-ready prep areas throughout shifts
• Support production workflow Ensure baking and production teams have materials prepared and available on time
• Maintain operational consistency Follow standardized preparation procedures and quality standards
• Monitor ingredient usage Assist with inventory awareness and communicate shortages or operational needs
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety Follow sanitation procedures and maintain clean prep environments at all times

• Early morning shifts may occasionally be required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work in fast-paced production environment

• Food preparation, bakery, or kitchen experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to follow production procedures accurately
• Comfortable working with large ingredient quantities
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
