Registered Nurse - Field Assessor

We are hiring for a PRN RN Field Assessor to join our passionate team in Napa, CA.

As a Registered Nurse Field Assessor (FA) you will complete Long Term Care insurance assessments. These assessments involve obtaining claimant demographics, physician information, current medication lists, and evaluating the claimant’s functional independence. You will also perform a brief cognitive screening and assess the claimant’s ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks, documenting all information in a point‑of‑care web application in real time.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.

• 1+ year of RN experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Hourly pay ranges from $41.20 to $61.85 based on local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. This is a PRN position; no benefits are provided.
