Napa Post Acute is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing team. If you're passionate about providing exceptional resident care and want to work in a supportive skilled nursing environment, we'd love to hear from you.
As a CNA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by delivering hands-on care, emotional support, and teamwork-driven service every day.

Job Duties Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed
Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality careCNA Requirements Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred
New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
