Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Napa Valley Care Center is seeking compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing skilled nursing team in Napa, California.

• $21.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to licensed nursing staff
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Assist with meal service and hydration needs
• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies
• Help create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude
• Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
