* Provide direct resident care including
** bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility assistance
*** Assist residents with
** activities of daily living (ADLs)
** in a respectful and supportive manner
* Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
* Document care accurately in compliance with
** state and facility standards
*** Help maintain a
** safe, clean, and caring
** environment for residents and staff### ### CNA Qualifications
* ** Active California CNA certification required
*** Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
* Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Skilled nursing or healthcare experience preferred (
