*** This role pays $42.00 to $53.50 per hour Depending on Experience. This is a PM Shift, 2:00 to 10:30 PM***### ### ###
** Our Registered Nurses:*** ### Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.* ### Support the DON (Director of Nursing) with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.* ### Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with the Parkshore nursing team.* ### Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.* ### Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.
* ### Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.* ### Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of the Meadows of Napa Valley.* ### Support our
** Culture of Excellence
** in all areas of responsibility.* ### Perform other duties as assigned.### ###
** What you need to succeed:*** ### Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program* ### Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing* ### Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)* ### Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.* ### Have knowledge of DHS Regulations* ### Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.
* ### Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.### ###
