Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and supportive manner
Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Document care accurately in compliance with state and facility standards
Help maintain a safe, clean, and caring environment for residents and staffCNA Qualifications Active California CNA certification required

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
