Providence at Home with Compassus in Napa, CA seeks an Admissions RN to accept referrals, co-sign referrals, and coordinate initial hospice assessments with the clinical team. Must be CA RN licensed and have 1 year RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
Schedule includes every other weekend and four weekdays, 2pm–10:30pm, with some travel to Napa State Hospital. Responsibilities include phone triage, entering referrals into EMR, verifying physician orders, and coordinating with insurance
