Work in Paradise! Join the team of the Napa Valley Wine Train. This historically luxury and iconic experience has been a staple in Napa's Wine Country for over 30 years. As a Line Cook, you get to be a part of this iconic history.

As a Line Cook, you are on the front lines with excellent fine dining customer service experience. You will prepare and cook for our guests on our various train experiences from legacy, lunch, and dinner train. Also for our various other seasonal experiences and private events. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.

• Previous experience on the line in restaurant role is required.
• 2 years of proven cooking experience, including experience as a line cook, restaurant cook or prep cook.
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
• Familiar with industry's best practices.
• Culinary school diploma a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train.
• Ability to stand for long period of time.
• Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.
• Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).
• Speak & Read English - Minimum.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
