Violetto, the signature restaurant at Alila Napa Valley, is hiring an enthusiastic and motivated Line Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. Located in the heart of wine country, Violetto offers seasonal, locally inspired California cuisine with a focus on ingredient integrity, refined technique, and exceptional guest experiences.

This is an excellent opportunity for a cook who is just starting out in the industry and looking to learn in a professional, fine dining kitchen. You'll work alongside a team of experienced chefs and gain hands‑on experience in a supportive environment focused on growth, consistency, and culinary excellence.

• Assist with prep, station setup, and execution during service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines with precision and consistency
• Communicate clearly with kitchen team to support smooth service flow
• Uphold kitchen policies and assist with breakdown and cleaning after service
• Take direction from Sous Chefs and Executive Chef with a willingness to learn and improve

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Interest in fine dining and a passion for culinary art
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-first attitude
• Ability to follow direction and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on new task
• Serv Safe certification or ability to obtain upon hire

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
• Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pound
• Comfortable using cleaning equipment and handling cleaning products safely
