We are seeking a Seasonal Bartender (April to October) who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor setting, embraces the changing seasons, and crafts cocktails that capture the essence of Napa Valley’s finest ingredients. As part of Alila Napa Valley, a Forbes-rated luxury property, our bartenders deliver personalized, elevated service in a setting that blends sophistication with relaxed, open-air hospitality.

• Curate and craft seasonal cocktails using fresh, local ingredients that reflect the spirit of the season.
• Provide personalized, luxury service, engaging guests with knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
• Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, balancing speed with genuine hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar in an outdoor setting.
• Adhere to state and local serving guidelines, ensuring compliance with all safety and liquor laws.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the guest experience and beverage offerings.

Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. • A skilled bartender with experience in high-end, fast-paced bar environments.
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and craft cocktails.
• A natural conversationalist who can engage guests and enhance their experience.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining grace under pressure.
• Knowledge of California alcohol service laws and responsible beverage service practices.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or Forbes-rated properties is a plus.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Must be able to work in an outdoor setting during warmer weather.
