A day in the lifeAs a Line Cook II, you are on the front lines with excellent fine dining service experience. You will prepare and cook for our guests on our various train experiences from legacy, lunch, and dinner train. Also for our various other seasonal experiences and private events. Your friendly, energetic, and professional personality will be a part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one.
Requirements- MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION TO LEGALLY WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
- Minimum 1-2 years of cooking experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.
- Familiar with industry’s best practices.
- Culinary school diploma a plus.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in small space, fast paced environment, and on a moving train.
- Ability to stand for long period of time.
- Must be available for day or evening, holidays and weekend shifts.
- Serve Safe (or ability to obtain certification).
- Speak & Read English - Minimum.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
- $20.50-$23.00 per hour (plus gratuity)
