Job Title:

Sales Associate

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in retail to deliver guest experiences that reflect the kate spade new york aesthetic and standards.

• Hosting:
  Give our guests the warmest welcome, always exuding confidence and proper etiquette.
• Develop long-term relationships with guests by asking thoughtful questions and engaging with them in meaningful ways.
• Team Building:
  Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team; receive and give feedback honestly and genuinely; celebrate fellow team members’ successes.
• Styling & Curating:

The accomplished individual will possess:

• Prior luxury goods experience preferred

• College degree preferred

• Available to work store schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Standing for extended periods
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable climbing ladders
