Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked. They also rotate product, maintain proper food safety standards, and ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description.

The responsibilities include working in various fresh food areas, ensuring customer service, and maintaining clean and organized departments.

• Work in our deli and help customers with service and selection.
• In the bakery, help prepare cakes and serve customers.
• Work in the dry grocery department to help customers find items.
• Clean shelves and department, check and maintain temperature control, verify dates, and dispose of lower quality food products.

• Help customers find the products they are looking for.
• Ensure high quality products are available in produce, deli, bakery, dairy, meat, and other departments.
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays.
• Prepare and serve ready‑to‑eat food.
• Assist customers in ordering cakes, fulfilling deli orders, or finding the right produce.
• Keep area clean, sanitized, and customer‑ready.
