Assistant Store Manager - Kay Jewelers Outlet - Napa Outlets

Kay Jewelers Outlet is searching for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Assist the Store Manager with daily focus on team performance and sales and profit goals.
• Contribute to a customer‑centric atmosphere while upholding company standards and policies.
• Develop team members’ product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff.
• Enforce all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Collaborate on strategic initiatives, inventory management, and visual merchandising.

• At least one year of retail experience; experience with jewelry or specialty retail preferred.
• Proficiency with POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software and hardware.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required.

• Base pay $16.90 – $25.20 per hour, plus commission on sales.
