Role Description

While working with the territory sales representative, the Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with equipment rentals, providing product information, processing rental agreements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with the sales team to meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of equipment rentals or sales

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer skills for processing orders

Experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent
