Seasonal Sales Associate

A dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment is sought to serve as the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer experience and contributing to store success through sales, visual merchandising, and operational excellence. This role supports the store during peak season with potential to transition to regular employment.

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Build sales by maintaining a consumer‑centric mindset and modeling selling behaviors.
• Share relevant product, brand, and community knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals by utilizing available resources and tools.
• Assist in visual merchandising, product replenishment, and maintaining brand presentation standards.
• Perform cashier duties and support loss prevention initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑ready store environment.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Model inclusive behavior that respects diverse backgrounds and experiences.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements valued.
• 0–1 year of relevant experience, with customer‑service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to genuinely and comfortably engage with a diverse group of customers.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to changing business needs.
• Willingness to learn and share product and brand knowledge.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient computer skills including basic retail systems and applications.
• Physical ability to stand, move, bend, reach, squat, climb ladders, and lift light to moderate weight; reasonable accommodations available.

Hiring Range: $17.90 – $24.75 USD per hour. This is a part‑time or limited‑time (internship) position and is not eligible for all benefit plans offered at VF Corporation, although the employee may participate in certain benefits. Detailed information on benefits options will be provided upon hire.
