We are looking for someone who thrives in a guest-facing role, brings strong wine and hospitality knowledge, and is excited to contribute to a close-knit, high-performing team. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, sales-minded, and takes pride in representing a premium Napa Valley brand.

About Reynolds Family Winery

Founded by Steve Reynolds after transforming a former chicken farm into a thriving estate, Reynolds Family Winery is built on authenticity, craftsmanship, and family legacy. Today, the winery is led by Steve alongside his son Cameron, producing small-lot, Bordeaux-inspired wines and delivering elevated, personal tasting experiences on Silverado Trail.

About the Role

As a Hospitality & Sales Associate, you will be a key ambassador of the Reynolds Family brand—welcoming guests, guiding tastings, sharing our story, and building long-term relationships that drive direct-to-consumer sales and wine club growth. • Accurately process sales and guest data through Commerce7 (preferred)
  • Open and pour wines, including bottle service and decanting
  • Maintain tasting room organization, cleanliness, and inventory
  • Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries and reservations
  • Support winery events, private tastings, and occasional off-site events
  • Assist with fulfillment, restocking, and inventory management
  • Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Occasionally pack and ship wines in-house
Who You Are
  • A confident, engaging communicator with a guest-first mindset
  • A positive, team-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask with ease
  • Sales-driven with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality and wine
  • Passionate about wine education and continuously learning
  • Comfortable taking initiative and representing the winery independently
What You Bring
  • Prior tasting room, hospitality, restaurant, event, or sales experience (wine preferred)
  • Strong wine knowledge and effective sales skills
  • Experience with Commerce7 or other POS systems (preferred, not required)
  • Event and private-tasting experience a plus
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
Physical & Scheduling Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • Occasional evenings, holidays, and event work required
  • Typical hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary)
