Our staff consistently earns the highest sales in the area. Our top earner last month had less than a year in the business. We will show you how to make money and have a great time doing it.
We pay $5,000 guaranteed for 15 cars sold. Spiff programs exceed $1,000 per month, and commissions exceed 35% over 18 units.
We are filling one open position in the Sales Department for a qualified, motivated self‑starter who wants to learn how to become a great Customer Advisor.
To qualify you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a great communicator in both spoken and written words
- Utilize creative thinking to assist customers in solving everyday problems
- Capable of treating people with courtesy and respect
- Willing to build lifelong relationships with customers and fellow employees
- Be goal oriented
- Be a self‑starter
- Have a willingness to learn
- Bi‑lingual a plus
- Be a person of integrity and character
- New car sales experience required with a proven track record. Please provide records to back up CSI and sales performance.
- Pass a background check, drug test, and employment verification process.
