James Cole Winery in Napa, California, seeks friendly Tasting Room Associates to join our intimate, high‑end, yet casual team. You will host guests, share our story, and help grow wine club memberships while delivering memorable experiences.
Weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is essential as we start 8–16 hours weekly with room to grow. Compensation ranges from $21 to $27 per hour plus commissions, quarterly bonuses, wine allocations, and a company retirement plan.
