The Security Agent is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, team members, and visitors.
Responsibilities- Conduct patrols, respond to emergencies and guest requests, investigate incidents, monitor property security, provide exceptional customer service while protecting hotel assets and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Serve as a visible presence throughout the property and work closely with all departments to promote a positive guest experience.
