Security Officer - Hospital Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare setting.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, patient care areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directions, and/or access-control procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.;
Document observations, incidents, and actions taken through required reports and communicate relevant information to supervisors and appropriate site personnel.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and/or other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.
